How I work
I work with Sistema Órbita: five phases and three decision gates, adapted from recognized standards. Digitization comes after the process is mapped, never before.
I frame the request: who asks for it, what problem it solves and what is out of scope.
I map the process as it works today and measure its baseline, or state why it couldn't be measured.
I design the future process and record every decision next to the alternative I ruled out.
I build the system and instrument it so the change can be measured.
I run the pilot, retire the old process and hand over the operation: built is not adopted.
